Joy, dynamically moving through your consciousness, changing, altering, updating, making all things new, is indicative of the presence of Spirit.

I realized that at some point it becomes our responsibility to bring our lives present - in this very moment - and forgive and forget the past and live fully, 100% of who we are today. We have to! There's no excuse not to get up, get going and do it now.

The only true right we have is to our own inheritance, and we don't have to go anywhere because we're already inherited. That inheritance is absolute truth. It resides upon itself in itself, not dependent upon anybody's point of view or whether they like it or not.

Every moment of your existence, when you are a responsible creator, you do the things that will lift you into a higher consciousness.

There are two ways to go through life - either laughing or crying. Wouldn't you rather laugh? That's taking care of yourself. Believe it or not, this world has a lot of discouraging things in it. But you can use everything to your advantage and lift yourself up out of the discouragement. There is not one thing that has been placed on this planet that you cannot use to lift yourself.

The journey of your Soul may seem in some ways to be precarious. Yet the Soul is worth whatever we encounter along the way. We're not having experiences in order to encounter nightmares. We're having experiences in order to encounter the Soul. The Soul is the most precious thing that you could possibly experience. So would you be willing to go through a nightmare to get to it?

Spirit is the process of now. Spirit only exists now. If you try to attach to the past or the future, you get stuck and may feel the absence of Spirit, because it cannot exist for you outside of now. That process of attachment to past or future can become a fixation within your consciousness.

Christ-mass, or Christmas, is not the exchanging of a gift out there, but a receiving of the gift of the Christ into you.

To me, the greatest heritage of the Christ Mass, or Christmas, as we celebrate it, is that we are actually celebrating our own birth. We're celebrating our own resurrection. We're celebrating triumphantly our own movement back into our true self or Christ Consciousness. In fact, many of us are just rushing into it, arms and hearts wide open, full of love, and knowing that not one thing is coming our way that we can't handle.

Do not attempt to keep up with anyone. Don't even attempt to keep up with yourself because your Self is going nowhere. It's present. Here it is. There is no right to be earned here. It is given to us by grace. Therein lies the difference.

Looking for happiness out in the world is where we get misdirected. We can forget that inside is the happiness because it lies in the nature of our Soul. When we attempt to find happiness in outer things and what's going on in the world, then we can have some kind of disconnect with who we truly are.

Our divine nature - our true self - is not something distant and unreachable within us. And the only thing that keeps us from acknowledging that inside of ourselves can be our own unwillingness to move beyond the beliefs that we cling to.

You are already all that you will be. You are already that which you seek. The blessings already are, and all you need to do is open your eyes and see that. All you need is the realization.

What you believe can sometimes be a carryover from patterns you learned in childhood. And those beliefs can be more of a crutch than a support to help you function at the highest potential of your existence. And isn't it funny to blame your present existence upon something that happened when you were a child?

You are in this world to learn the highest form of communication, which is unconditional loving under all circumstances. Part of that process includes learning how to create wisely in order to bring about completion. In other words, don't start anything you can't finish in loving.

Focus on the goodness of the work you do, and then correct the flaws as you go along.

Let go and move with the changes as they come forward. You have sometimes looked at this as a form of punishment, but it is not. It's a form of discipline.

If you have apprehensions or anxieties about your process of self-revelation, that would be ordinary as you become attuned to what is taking place within. Your consciousness is aware that you are on a journey into your Soul.

We were not put on this earth to be beggars. We have the choice within us at all times to change our behavior and to make the most of any situation. The spark of divine truth lies within each one of us, and we need only to awaken to that and activate it in our lives to make it a reality.

The Spirit moves through the heart rather than through the emotional content. When the Spirit moves upon you, something that was tentative inside becomes solid. Something that you may have thought about Spirit or about God becomes firm inside, and you know that you know that you know. Doubts disappear and clarity appears.
