I'm asking that you go to the place that responds when you hold a child, the place that awakens when you help someone just for the pleasure of doing it. Connect with the sacred energy that comes alive when you express loving.

There is a place in Scripture where it tells us who and what God is. "God is love" [John 4:16]. That's really all we need to know.

We can never be parted from the True Self. As we resolve to remove each block, reaching further and further into this higher consciousness, we let our hearts sing joyfully, for unto us this day is given our birth. We are born anew into the spiritual Light, into our own unfoldment.

To send love and Light, all you have to say is, "I ask the Light to go for the highest good." Then if it's going to go, it will go. And if it's not going to go, and you try to force it by projecting really hard, it may just come back at you really hard and be more than you might want to handle. It's easy, again, just to say, "For the highest good," and let it go.

You always get to choose where you place your consciousness and attention, and the question is always this: Do you choose the material/physical world, or do you choose Spirit?

Trust is often one of the first things you see when you look into a child's eyes.

Everywhere you go is sacred ground, every person you touch to is a sacred person, and each consciousness is to be respected. All the hurts, the heartaches, and the sorrows can be turned over to the Master within and dissolved in the Light of your own wisdom and joy.

With whatever is confronting you, first of all bless yourself. You have the ability in you to call upon what is needed to bless yourself and all else.

As your will and the Father’s will become one, you enter into that quality of devotion that gives the credit to Spirit. You know that of yourself, you can do nothing. You say, “Father, here I am. This is your child. Whatever you have for me to do, I will do gladly, because I know I’m going to inherit all things."

It is redundant to say you are free in your Soul because the Soul, by its very nature, is free. But to be aware of the Soul and that divine freedom may not always be easy. The mind (God bless it) is an eternal obstacle that can stand between us and Soul consciousness. As part of universal mind, it is part of the world of illusion and the negative realms.

As you lift higher and higher, as you travel further and further through all the realms of your experience, you will know you are becoming the Master of your destiny and your life. So rejoice, because the knowledge is yours, and now you must manifest it, understand it, and know that you know.

When children need something they come to you to fulfill their prayers. They are depending on you to see what you can do to fulfill them. Don’t be afraid to pick them up, cuddle them, love them, rub their backs and kiss and hug them. Give them all the love you can muster, and they will return it to you in more ways than you can imagine.

Maybe you do smoke one cigarette too many or have one beer too many or eat too much candy or over-indulge in other areas - but don’t hold these things against yourself. If someone doesn’t see eye-to-eye with you, that’s fine because it gives you a chance to see that person’s point of view; and when you see that point of view, you expand your consciousness even more.

It is where the heart is that matters.

Consider that you could set yourself up so your choices also spare yourself of things that don't really serve you and the highest good of all concerned.

You cannot destroy the True Self that expresses the inner wisdom. No matter what you do, it cannot be destroyed.

The ultimate is what we're dealing with. Along the way toward the ultimate, you can have a lot of people, a lot of things, a lot of experiences, a lot of laughs, a lot of jokes, a lot of illnesses, a lot of happiness.

If things in the past have seemed rough for you, it may be that the barriers to your Self were being ripped away. Once you see your own Soul, once you can glimpse that Self within you in all its majesty and glory - then, there is nothing the world can give you that is going to mean too much from that point on.

God says, "Sure, if you want to keep me out of there, that's fine with me. I'm in no rush." And God lets you have what you indicate you want - that thing you are protecting. Often, as soon as you are honest with yourself about it - and that means you just acknowledge, "Yes, that's there in me" - this allows it to start to move because you are no longer denying its existence.

Remember to be compassionate and merciful towards yourself and others.
