The human consciousness can scale mountains, blow up bridges, travel to the moon, or destroy cities, but it cannot tear away the veil that separates the physical from the spiritual because that veil cannot be torn or pierced. But you can change yourself to move your consciousness beyond the veil of the lower levels and move into the spiritual.

If you find yourself lucky enough to experience the presence of the Divine, you are, indeed, very, very lucky. There are billions of people who do not experience it while they are living here on this earth. And this is where the key of it is - this is the springboard. That's why Souls want to incarnate here, in a body - to have the fullness of the experience of the Divine.

Freedom is the ability to do those things that you know are right for you and are not based upon the judgments or restrictions of other people. Be true to yourself in spite of your personality, emotions, mind or physical mannerisms. They are tools to be used to communicate to the rest of the world. That greater part of you, your spiritual nature, communicates itself in spite of those other conditions.

The first law of Spirit is trust in God which means acceptance. Faith in God is in acceptance. Go towards acceptance with all you've got. Maybe you are in process right now of getting to acceptance. So keep trust in God and acceptance as your intention.

The greater way of expansion goes like this: "I'm going to love myself from the position I'm in, and if you don't reach out to me, my heart will still reach out to you. Even if I am not allowed to touch you because of your dislike for me, you cannot stop me from touching you inside of me, where I love you. There's nothing you can do about my love for you."

Children are open to learning. Show them how things work. Let them do things. Give them some information, show them how to do it, then let them do it. Have them play the information back to you immediately. That's a test to see if they got it.

Learn to get out of your own way, to free yourself of the past and set aside preconceived beliefs in order to gain a greater understanding of yourself.

Passaging into the upper realms of Spirit takes Light and lightness.

Knowledge which is used to hurt or harm is a corruption of the inner wisdom of Spirit.

You don't need others to be loving you for you to be loving of yourself.

One way to come into the moment is to move into meditation or prayer and hold your consciousness very, very steady. That enables you to move past the dominion of your fixations into freedom.

The very next person who we meet may have the key in his personality or actions to set us free. Their behavior may be very different from the rest of society, but they may be living in total freedom inside themselves. And as each one of us becomes free to listen and learn from each other, we can all become free of the restrictions, regulations and rules we run in our minds.

When the spiritual heart is open, then the spiritual eye is opened. Then love flows back and forth, and the Soul is awakened to its glory. You are in paradise even though you live in the lower world. The physical body will still express emotional and mental qualities, but your energies, your direction, and your upliftment come from the Soul. And that, Beloved, is a beautiful place to live.

If we don't experience love, there may be an attempt to deny it. In that attempt to deny love, there's often a separation, a pain, a death and a whole lot of other things that I don't prefer and I don't think you do either. There's no need for denial of love which is also spelled t-r-o-u-b-l-e. The only need is to seek love, to look for love in people and things.

Keep in mind that your personality is not going to please everyone. It's just not possible. What we all have to do is see beyond the personalities to the Soul that lies beyond all the bodies, minds, and emotions that are so much more obvious on this level.

Not knowing is being open to receive the information. Once you receive it, there's a good chance that you can do something with it. If you don't receive the information, you can't do anything with it, and you won't know which way to turn to make something happen. Letting go, asking inside, and a willingness to just be open will help a great deal.

Have the willingness and an openness to attune to the Spirit. Spirit does what it does perfectly. If you are open such that your intention as you sit there or however you participate is to be with God, to commune with God, to worship with God, then that intention will take care of you because it’s between you and God.

God dwells in each of us, and works through us all when we are willing. When you stay present, in the moment, taking care of what comes your way to the best of your ability, keeping your heart open, and asking for God’s assistance and blessing in all you do or say, then you are in good territory.

Your prayer might be just counting to one hundred. If you are doing that as a tool to hold your mind and attention steady, it can work for you. If you tune inward to your Self as you count, you may discover many levels within yourself where you can break through many fixations.

You have the opportunity to let life contract upon you, to squeeze you, and give you the justification to curse, gnash your teeth, wring your clothing, and complain about the injustice and inequities of life. You are given that chance all the time. And right along with that, you have the chance to expand into a loving quality in the very moment of your contraction.
